Volunteer Work

Unlike many large companies that donate children’s gifts by mailing them to an organization, we here at kidscds.org take a personal approach.

About 4 times a year our small team visits various children’s hospitals and rehabilitation centers that provide care to ill, disabled and challenged children. For those that are able to leave their place of care, we organize meets at local town centers, churches, synagogues or schools. We entertain kids by singing with them (sometimes for them J, though none of us are great at it), reading with them, showing them martial arts demonstrations and generally engaging them in conversations. When we leave, we leave kids with a small gift, usually in a form of an age appropriate music CD, DVD, book, or toy.

While we do have several children’s labels donating products for such a great cause (WE THANK ALL OF YOU), majority of funding still comes from our own pockets. We simply do it for our unconditional love of children. If you would like to donate a product(s), please contact us. We will gladly accept any and all children-related materials, provided that they are brand new. We thank you in advance for your generosity, but please no monetary donations.
