Standard Processing and Shipping information For Retail Orders

We will select the most appropriate method of standard shipping, depending on the size of your order. Generally, orders will ship via USPS media mail (for CDs and DVDs), USPS first class mail, UPS Ground service, FedEx Ground service, or DHL Ground service. Similarly, we will use most appropriate shipping methods for expedited and International orders.

Majority of our orders are processed within 24 hours, but please allow for 1-3 days processing time. If there is an unlikely delay in processing of your order, we will promptly notify you by e-mail and/or phone.

Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.

USA

• Economy: Usually delivered within 10-19 days from shipping date. (FREE SHIPPING offer utilizes Economy shipping method)
• Standard: Usually delivered within 6-12 days from shipping date
• Expedited: Usually delivered within 4-9 days from shipping date
• Rush: Usually delivered within 3-5 days from shipping date (RUSH delivery is Not available for bulky toys)

INTERNATIONAL
(Items from TOYS category are currently shipped within the USA ONLY)

• Economy: Usually delivered within 9-21 days from shipping date, depending on final destination and customs rules (may take 30 days due to customs delays)
• Expedited: Usually delivered within 7-17 days from shipping date, depending on final destination and customs rules
• Priority: Usually delivered within 5-14 days from shipping date, depending on final destination and customs rules

Kindly note that shipping transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most of our orders arrive at final destination well ahead of estimates
