Defective products may be returned for replacement within 14 days and sealed products may be returned for refund within 7 days. In order to process a replacement or return, an original packing slip must be included. We apologize, but due to increased fraud activity we cannot process returns or replacements without an original slip. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Sale, clearance and special order items are not returnable.
All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number printed on the label. This number can be obtained by emailing us at: email@example.com. Please be sure to include your full name, order number and zip code in your email. All unauthorized returns will be refused.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original box or packaging, and must be accompanied by any accessories shipped with it. Returns sent without an RA number, missing components, or improperly packaged may be refused.
A 15% re-stocking fee will apply for all toy category items, as well as bulky items from other categories.
