What are my payment options?

Kidscds.org accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover as well as Paypal. We also accept payments by mail and orders by mail and fax. Send a check (US bank only) or money order with a copy of your order to:

How is my order shipped?

We will select the most appropriate method of standard shipping, depending on the size of your order. Generally, orders will ship via USPS media mail, UPS Ground service, FedEx Ground service, or DHL Ground service. Orders generally ship within one to two days, subject to availability. Delivery time from our warehouse to you is generally 3-14 days, depending upon method of shipment and proximity to warehouse. Please contact customer service for large quantity orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. Kidscds.org ships worldwide. We accept VISA and Mastercard for payment. Name and billing address on the card must match shipping name and address. We also accept Paypal or Google checkout as payment.

Can I special order an item that does not appear on Kidscds.org website?

We love special orders and strive for 100% fullfillment. If you would like to place a special order, please complete our Contact Form, and provide us with as much information as you can regarding each item you are interested in and someone from our sales department will get back to you with availability and price quote.

Special orders for quantities of 12 or more will receive a 10% discount and FREE standard shipping.

Does Kidscds.org offer a catalog?

In place of a print catalog, you are welcome to use our web pages as your online catalog. We are updating our stock regularly. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and be informed of latest products and promotions, available only to subscribers.

Will you drop ship?

Yes, we offer drop-shipping. For more information please see our dropship program.

How can I track my order?

Simply send an email to orders@kidscds.org with your name and order number and tracking information, where available will be emailed back to you. However, please note that this will soon become an automated function.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders generally ship within one to two business days, subject to availability. Some orders might take up to 5 days to ship. If your order is delayed for longer than 5 business days, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. Delivery time from our warehouse to you is generally 3-14 days, depending upon your selected method of shipping and proximity to warehouse.

Can I expedite shipping if I need my item ASAP?

Yes. We offer several air-delivery options in addition to standard method, and these options are presented during the checkout process. If you do not see your preferred shipping method, please e-mails us at: orders@kidscds.org. We will do our best to accomodate your needs.

Does your "Free Shipping" offer apply to orders from Alaska & Hawaii? How about outside of the USA?

Our free shipping offer is valid for domestic shipments including Alaska & Hawaii with an exception of items from our "toys" category. Free shipping offer does not apply for any toys shipped to AK or HI or outside of the USA.

We have relationships with many vendors. If your looking for a specific item that not available or you can't locate it on our site, please contact us and we'll do our best to get you info you need.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of order if you provide an e-mail address during checkout.

Will I receive a shipping notification?

Yes, we will send you a shipping notification once your order is on its way. Your notification will include a tracking number. If you paid through paypal, a shipping notification will be sent to you by paypal on our behalf.

Canceling an order
If your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel it for any reason at no charge. Our orders are processed within 2-5 hours after they are placed. If you want to cancel an order after it has been processed, please contact us. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply. If you want to cancel an order after it has shipped, once received, please return unopened package to us for a refund, less s/h. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply. Please contact us if you have other questions pertaining to canceling your order.

Shipping to a Different Address

You may ship items to a different address, but orders may be delayed since we need to verify addresses via our credit card processor.

Is everything always in stock?
Yes, over 98% of the time, but there may be odd times when certain products we carry become temporarily unavailable or backordered and shipment may be delayed. If this occurs you will be notified with details and options.

Do you ship to APO Addresses?

Yes. APO shipments are sent via USPS and otherwise handled just like any other domestic shipment.

Do you sell "budget" music/movie releases?

We carry only kids products and we specialize in what we sell. All of our titles are original label releases. You might find a same title for sale elsewhere for a bit less, but it will probably not be an original label release. What is the difference you might ask? Well, many titles are also produced on so-called “budget” labels, and are usually made in China or elsewhere in a cheap-labor world. Those cds usually contain music that is grainy, and at times incomplete because they are recorded using low quality equipment. In efforts not to sacrifice quality for price, we do not carry any budget releases.
